Patrick J. Heffernan
Patrick joined Tinti & Navins as an associate in 2019. Patrick's practice focuses on civil litigation, business law and contract disputes, commercial and residential landlord/tenant law and personal injury matters. Patrick is committed to working closely with clients to understand each clients' needs and goals in order to provide cost-effective advocacy and legal solutions. Patrick counsels clients on a variety of business matters including entity formation and planning, contracts, compliance and operations, employment law and other advisory work.
Prior to joining Tinti & Navins, Patrick was an associate at Finneran & Nicholson, P.C. in Newburyport, MA. Early in his career, Patrick served as counsel and business analyst in the Bureau of Program Integrity at the Massachusetts Inspector General's Office. Before joining the Inspector General's Office, Patrick operated his own law practice in Salem, Massachusetts.
