Ryan Carlucci

Background

Ryan joined the firm in 2023 after graduating from Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. Ryan’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, condominium law and property development, as well as municipal zoning, permitting, and licensing matters in towns across the North Shore. Ryan also handles litigation involving foreclosure, tax lien, and title dispute cases in the Massachusetts Superior Court and Land Court.

Prior to law school, Ryan spent several years in Boston, providing financial and estate management services to high-net-worth clients throughout New England. Ryan is also a graduate of St. John’s Prep and Fairfield University.

Ryan currently lives in his hometown of Beverly with his wife and golden retriever.
