Background

Bill has over 25 years experience in commercial and residential real estate. Bill is an expert at handling the purchase and sale of homes, condominiums and luxury residences in the North Shore communities, and particularly Marblehead, where Bill lives with his family, as well as zoning and permitting matters before local municipal boards, and real estate litigation over contract disputes, land titles and development issues in the Massachusetts Land Court.
