Background
Cerise has over 30 years of experience handling the representation of commercial lenders, middle market and small businesses, proprietors and individuals in complex loan financing, real estate loan transactions, asset based lending and commercial and industrial (C&I) transactions.
Cerise represents non-profit entities in complex real estate and business negotiations and transactions; advising executive directors and boards of directors relative to leasing, real estate and business transactions; organizational entity issues and employment concerns.
Cerise represents small businesses and proprietors in business, corporate and real estate transactions, including leasing, purchases, and organizational matters. Cerise collaborates with business owners, officers, executive officers, and chief financial officers to maximize and enhance business lending relationships with lenders.
Cerise has been awarded AV rated by Martindale-Hubble and was named a Massachusetts “Super Lawyer”, 2005 and Alumnae Medal of Honor Recipient, 2005, Mount Holyoke College.
