Alyssa N. Sweeney

Background

Prior to joining Tinti & Navins in 2020, Alyssa practiced law in Springfield, Massachusetts.  Alyssa concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration. She drafts estate planning documents for both individuals and couples designed to achieve both personal goals and to minimize transfer taxes.  She also guides Personal Representatives and Trustees in the estate and trust administration context, including probate filings and preparation of estate tax returns. Alyssa and her husband are residents of Sturbridge.
